They have to respect MQM, because they want to do business in Karachi. Infact who would like to take panga with MQM.** But wind is changing so do MQM**.
I am not surprised a bit, MQM have to keep Sindh's political dynamics in mind. After the assassination of BB they had to tilt towards PPPP (atleast in Sindh Assembly), and its NOT because of PPP's possible government.
PS IMO MQM will retain all of her seats since their vote bank is based on URBAN Sindh and they control those areas since 1983.
