2007 was bad year Mushy because adopted policies to save his throng and that included unconstitutional dismissing the Chief Justice of Pakistan, so technically CJ is not a thief but Mushy and his party which is now history. 
Oh and one of the reasons PML-N is winning the NA seats is because they support the restoration of the judiciary.
