i do not agree that he cannot win, i think he still can. he’s a “peer” after all, he can make a come back in his area where he’s the gaddi nasheen. but i agree that he’s the beneficiary of PTI, not the other way around.
i was just kidding about the dharna part : p i think those dharnas actually did some good, irrespective of whether i believe them to be exaggerated or not, they got us thumb impression verification system, which is going to be used soon, it will be good in future if not now. also they got us re-election in those few polling stations in Karachi, exposing the real mandate, and redefined the political map of karachi.
so yeah, dharna’s had a good result, contrary to what i was thinking in the start
