did not like the first half of this drama too much (sordid details of the affair btw noman ejaz and mahnoor) but started following and liking the second half with Babar Ali and Alishba which was much more subtle and romantic, so impressed with Babar Ali's acting, he is really good, always thought his acting was too filmy before but here he was phenomenal. message given out was strong yet truly heartfelt, i really felt strongly for Alishba's character, she was really good in this role, very natural minus the melodrama. last scene between them was romantic as hell without any touchy feely scenes or corny lines, bravo to its team!

Such a really beautifull Drama. end tu bohat he zberdast tha. baber ali ny bohat zberdast kam kiya hai nd he is looking very gorgeous........

beautiful ending !! everyone acted flawlessly ! I was actually wondering how will they get married in last 5 minutes and it was soooo cute to see how SHE proposed him and he kept answering with yes/no’s !!

Just finished watching this drama. Aside from te fact that it needed to be cut short by about 5 episodes , I thought it was awesome. Love the concept and everyone's performance.

Two stories run parallel in the drama. With the flash backs. First of a girl named sifat married to a guy Haider. Haider is involved in someone else too. He dies of heart attack and Sifat’s story begins, i.e. how widows are treated in our society. Second story is that of Haider’s elder brother and his wife. This part gives the idea of another kind of womanhood, right opposite to what Sifat is, i.e. innocent and loving, this woman (Mahnoor Baloch) is very very self loving and proud of her beauty. She is kind of a party animal and doesnt have much interest in her loving husband and son. She sees a handsome and a very rich man in a party (Nauman Aijaz) and falls for him. Nauman Aijaz is already married to an average looking cousin of his and loves her too. Mahnoor intervenes and finally wins Nauman, gets divorce from her husband Babar Ali and later on even Nauman Aijaz leaves her for his wife and Mahnoor ends up marrying an old rich man.
There are three plots running simultaneously. The idea or theme that combines in the stories of Sifat and Haider and Babar and Mahnoor is the idea of unfaithfulness towards one’s spouse. Haider and Babar’s wife both are blessed with very loving and caring spouses but cheat on them. After when Mahnoor leaves Babar and Haider dies, both Babar and Sifat have to fight with the demons of the infidelity of their respective spouses.

yeah i saw the episode few days ago when geo was free on air in uk. the chemistry between nauman n mahnoor is so original, reminded me of the times when they were acting together back in 'yeh zindagi' many years ago.
