HUM TV showed what people wanted to watch, yes you are right about lack of attention which turns kids like zaroon into arrogant young man and lately this thing is happening in middleclass as well.

so far so, we have reached the conclusion that media, lack of attention / supervision by parents leads to jhappis for getting attention and suttas as a catharsis to inner frustration.
