This is not in sauga - but i was gonna post it up on GS, so might as well do it in this thread...

North American Muslim Foundation (NAMF) has acquired a big place that will be used as Mosque, Islamic Centre, and School. The new location is 4140 Finch Ave. East - on main Finch Ave. between Kennedy Rd. and Midland Ave.

InshaAllah, NAMF will be hosting it's first Eid-al-Adha namaz at the new location on Dec 20th 2007 at 08:30 am. The location can accomodate 2000+ people, and has ample free parking available. Please spread the word to everyone you know, and do try to attend urself if u can...and don't forget to bring your prayer mats...

I am so dissapointed to see no prayer information is available in any urdu news papers or on the net for mississaiaga/brampton area :mad: Jami masjid still needs to update their recordings with prayer timings .

The ICC (2200 South Sheridan Way, Mississauga) is holding its Eid Prayers tomorrow (Dec. 19th).

Eid Prayers are going to held in Mississauga @ Hershey Centre on Thursday December. 20, 2007 @ 8:30 am or 9:00am. (not sure about the timing)

ppl following Saudi are celebrating it tomorrow.

I’m in Ottawa where the majority Muslim population is Arabs and there’s actually no Eid salahs on Thursday… all are tomorrow.

the pple that are organizing the eid prayers at hershey are retarded...last eid they only had one eid salah, and hundreds of pple were left standing in the cold because it reached full capacity (we were lucky we got there early)...so they had to do another salah at 11:30...thats crazy...

and for this eid, there is not any advertisement about where and when.....uff!!

not that it all matter too much to me..i'll be at work... :s

There is another mosque at Mclaughlin and Bovaird in Brampton. Prayers are at 8am and 10am.
