Is it even worth it to go to Chicago for Eid shopping now, or is everything really picked over? Should we head for Devon, or are there better shops in other areas?

Come on, anyone? I need to know whether to spend a day in Chicago or just stay at home. It's no short drive for us - at least 5 1/2 hours.

amana it depend how badly you want your eid dress.. if you want a real nice eid dress and devon is the place to go. I would say its worth going cuz rightnow thats the only place it feels like ke eid hore hai... the crowd and the spirit of eid.. its so much fun... yeh moqa comes once a yr and go out have some fun....

amana, i think you should go to devon. you can get anything and everything for eid and yes if you go tehre on chand raat, its gona be more crowded,more traffic and mroe fun at the same time :).
