My Eid resolution: Really really cutting down on unnecessary food. I ate too much junk during ramadan and need to start my diet and exercise programs from scratch. The food shaitaan was on the loose :hinna:
I believe we can all chip in with our Eid resolutions. :)
Ramadan was mentally very tough in terms of getting the proper rest and following a full diet and exercise program. Although it is the best time of the year to drop pounds. During Ramadan, all kinds of shaitaans were on the loose, especially binge eating shaitaan (after Iftaari).
Eid resolution is to further maintain and improve health as time progresses and achieve personal goals by this time next year. I do notice that now Ramadan is over, I feel less hungry in the daytime as oppose to eating 4-5 meals a day. And even drinking water is less now. I suppose it will pick back up in the meantime but so far, it's been decent.
