Shukr Alhamdullillah for getting us through another month of Ramadhan and in the end the beautiful gift of Eid.

Eid Mubarak to our GS friends and family and to others as well.

My friend invited me to lunch on Eid. I was honored and joined him and wished him Eid Mubarak.

Eid Mubarak everyone.

  1. Ironed my clothes at 1 in the morning of Eid day.
  2. Woke up at 5 AM.
  3. Showered, got ready. Ate the odd numbered dates and sheer khorma before heading to Masjid.
  4. Paid the Zakat-ul-Firtr at the Masjid.
  5. Eid Prayers at 6 AM sharp. After the khutbah, meet and greet with all attendees at the Masjid.
  6. Visited the graveyard and offered fatiha for the deceased.
  7. Slept for a few hours more.
  8. Afterwards lunch with family and guests. Entertained the guests.
  9. Slept again.
  10. Dinner at relatives.
  11. End of Eid day.

Thanks Sid. And I know you mean it. I live the other end of the country. If I am in the area I will let you know. But thanks my friend, I will consider it an Eid feast that I have already had with you.
