Re: Eid Menu!
For visitors I'm thinking haleem, macaroni and trifle. And will fry something like kababs samosas or nuggets depending on who shows up and if there are kids. Would love to hear more ideas of stuff that can be prepared in advance
Re: Eid Menu!
breakfast: sheerkhurma
snack after the eid prayer: samosa chaat and gulab jamans
lunch: yakhni pulao, chicken roast, chicken salan, palak koftay, raita, ras malai and lemon cheese cake or Devil's food cake.
dinner: out
Re: Eid Menu!
Abroad eid is no eid. Husbands are usually at work. In Pakistan one has lots to plan and as its only a year for me being abroad, I would be missing Pakistan. Visiting is however common depending upon the holiday, no idea what to be done still have to plan. I dont want eid to come so soon, This blessed month I want to be lingered as much as it can Ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Our khaandan decided to do something a little different this Eid..we’re going to cater from a halal Thai restaraunt that we all love ![]()
Each family is contributing $50…it will be nice not to have to rush about and worry about cooking that day!
Re: Eid Menu!
^ hands down. cooking should be banned on the eid day. just so ruins everything for those who have to cook and serve. ![]()
