Bhai jaan, The best way to find out and to go with your community is to contact the community and Masjid leaders to find out when Eid in your area is. OR check out those moon siting sites, gupshup would be the last place on my list to find out when Eid is.

The whole point of "what day does the Ramadan start" or "What day i Eid" is to stay united. That's exactly why Allah has appointed leaders: So that the nation doesn't have different days to celebrate. We are asked to follow the leaders, and if the leader misleads on purpose, then the gunnah is on him.
It's like if you do something right as a team, everyone will get the sawab. If the whole team does something wrong, you are still in it all together, and may be Allah will like someone's deeds and because of that he'll forgive everyone else. At least that's how prayer with Jamat idea goes.
