I am planning to creat eid goodie bags for my colleagues at work.. they have been very respectful of me during Ramadan (dont even eat lunch at the desk even though it’s a norm and I have told them several times that I will be okay with it) so I am thinking of giving them something small as a token of appreciation, to honor their attitude and just to have them be a part of something that is so special to me.. everyone gives out gifts etc during holiday season so I want to do it for eid as well.
Please give ideas.. nothing too expensive please! budget, lets say under $10 each and I have about 8 colleagues!
Eid Mubarak cakes!!
I'm planning of giving cakes to our family & friends this year. With Eid mubarak written n nicely decorated.
And I have done few cupcakes too, so Eid Mubarak cupcakes on the list too.
And u can probably get their fav flavours.
Eid cookies..!
Google and you will find so many of them.Lots of ideas on Pinterest too...and wont be that pricey as well.
I was gonna do them but there was a change of plans. If you know how to bake and decorate cookies, should be easy peasy..!
^^Do you have a Kirkland's where you live...??You might be able to find something like a lantern etc ,if that is something you are looking for.Their prices are reasonable too.
If u have access to Arab or Iranian bakeries u can get baklava or other traditional Arab sweets. You can also give bangles to the girls, bangles can be ordered off eBay or bought from desi stores
you can never go wrong with good chocolates, add an something like a set of earings, bangles like bracelet, neck scarf, or key chain. you will have to do search to see where you can get stuff in reasonable price.
IMO, a gift that's a knick-knack will just get thrown away and no one will connect its relevance to Ramadan and Eid. Think about the wedding favours you've gotten, how many do you actually keep and use around your home?
An edible gift is something more usable and relevant. If you think about it, Eid celebrates the end of the month of fasting and we celebrate by going to one another's home, taking food with us and eating at their homes. Something sweet would be a good idea.
My sister's jaithani makes a dry mithai out of sewaiyn - she cuts it into squares, that's could be an idea since most of us celebrate Eid with sewaiyn. Other sweet and savoury Pakistani foods to make a food basket would be nice idea.

Thanks all..I don't want to do bangles, mehndi etc..they won't know how to use these items!
I think I m leaning more towards baklava idea since its easily available in my pind and that too of great quality.
CVS or Walgreens, one of the two or both - I don't recall, customizes M&Ms. I once went to an Eid party that had 'eid mubarak' written on them in Arabic.
