Ok so i need some yayys or nayys. We have alot of kids in our social circle. I dont think we could afford to give everyone eidis in cash (even 10 bucks per kid would amount to atleast 300-500 dollars!). So i was thinking, instead of buying some cheapo gifts, i could bake different types of cookies and put them in cute little packages for the kids. Is this is an ok gift idea or would i be coming off as cheapo?

that many kids.. woww you guys know a lot of people!!!
I think it’s a good idea but then I will never do it because I dont like to cook or bake!! I woudl have just gone for $1 books or gifts from Target.. do you guys have that $1 spot there?? it has a lot of nice stuff in there!!
The idea is great. I dont know many people who give Eid to all the kids in their social circle though. At our place, Eidi is only given to nearest family member and boys until the age of 15. After that only girls get Eidi lol
I second goody bags. The parents of kids might be pleased with you baking cookies but I think kids will be more pleased with goody bags. And like hareem01 said it'll be soo much easier.
