why do we have sticky threads what exactly purpose of Sticky thread
if waha par flooding hi karni hay to un ko sticky banane ka kaya faieda and MoDs ko us waqt shiied apni duties yaad nai rehti wo dosroon ko manah karne ki bajaiy khud b flooding main shamil ho jati hain
i know k its not a big deal but roles are roles jo k sab k liay aik jesa hona chiay
i have seen only couple of good mods of cafe jo k sab k sath aik jesa saloook
atleast u should right person for Modship jo k achi terha se apni duties ko jaanta ho and apni duties ko ci terha se nibahna b janta ho
I_S if you read the first post of the thread it says there the posts that don't have anything to do with the interview will be removed periodically. It means from time to time. Not as soon as someone posts something there. Rest assured, my posts along with the posts of the other mods will be removed as well, as well as any other posts of any other guppy that really doesn't have anything to do with the thread. It has happened before, and it will occur again. If you have an issue about that, please contact the thread starter, as the mods are just following the request of the thread starter.
As for the flooding, when the mods don't post anything, you guys complain that the mods are mean and strict and don't have fun and are not fun anymore. When we do participate in threads, then you guys like to raise the issue that we are flooding ourselves. So you tell me, what are the mods supposed to do? We are guppies first and foremost, and then mods. So the guppies aren't supposed to have fun themselves? Is that a new rule?
As for those stickies it is something to do with a lot of guppies. Hence they are made stickies so a lot of guppies can see them. They aren't locked, or moderated are anything so that people can go post there. If we didn't want them to posted in they would simply be locked, as couple of other threads there are locked. And those stickies are there so guppies can have fun, as it is really clear that they are. If they weren't there, then people again would complain that cafe is not fun anymore. Do you're damned, don't you're damned.
Yaar IS, Khumar "unapproved" those posts because of the thread opener's request. She unapproved like 13 of my posts. I am letting you know this so that you don't think this was done to you only, this was done to others (including my posts as well her posts and many other people's posts - i.e. Sara) as well. So don't take it too hard on yourself, she has nothing personal against you :)
