egg taste

I don’t like eating eggs, its just the taste and the smell. How do I mask it? any desi tips?

Re: egg taste

Depends on how you're cooking them. I make a potato n egg khagina and I use plenty of finely chopped ginger to get rid of the eggy taste/smell and it works.

Re: egg taste

You could eat a whole bunch of zareeliyah mercha and then eat the eggs. Your mouth will be on fire and you wont taste it, and your nose will be running so you wont smell them either.

Re: egg taste

^Haha. Then you'll have fun crappin' out those zehreeli mirchain whilst sitting on the porcelain throne.

Re: egg taste

Thankfully im not the one with the problem with eggs, so i dont need to worry about that. On a side note; If i ever have a Pakistani style marriage, i will want to take control of the catering. I will make sure the cooks put zareeliyah mercha in the kebabs. Im not talking about just hari mercha, im gonna go 'Man vs Food' style on them. Assi b***** sarna chandayah!

Re: egg taste

Re: egg taste

I can't stand the taste/smell of eggs on their own so I like to mix my eggs with tomatoes, onions, green chillies, cilantro, and chilli powder. Yum.

Re: egg taste

Use as many veggies as you can find and add masala to it.

Praaablam solved.

Re: egg taste

if you don't like eating eggs, then why are you eating them?

Re: egg taste

I'm not fond of tea, but I sometimes drink it for the health benefits. Maybe OP is trying to incorporate them into her diet for nutritional benefits. Just a guess.

Re: egg taste

Have you tried adding ‘zareeliyah mercha’ to your tea?
