Pakistan and Sri Lanka both have a team.
Not sure what indian format is but basically EFLI has 8 teams, 2 divisions east and west.

Had not heard of this. A bad sport for subcontinent. Football / soccer is better - poor can also participate. Did not know Chillar of India origin.
