So i was thinking…
If one of the spouse snores really loud…what should the other one do??
1.Stay and bear it out..make it a habit??
2.Move out of the room?
3.Is it ‘essential’ to be sleeping together (i mean sleeping only…after the action n stuff).. to maintain a healthy relationship?

If she snored I’d probably throw her outta the window.
Re: Effects of Snoring on a relationship
Same here. Can’t have two people snoring in the same room. We’d wake up the neighbourhood.

**I seriously cant sleep with a loud-speaker and would appreciate some peace… Time helps you adjust so I can’t really answer ur question… … I would prefer a non-snoring partner but you gotta stick to em through thicks and thin… What if a non-snoring partner develops a snoring symptom down the road? **

Re: Effects of Snoring on a relationship
Ermmm I think after couple of nights I’ll get over it, since you get used to each other. But moving out is even an option? That can’t be healthy.
So ya I don’t find this to be an issue that needs some sort of “serious action.”
If you really want some solution, stop snoring mouth piece/ strips should work.

Re: Effects of Snoring on a relationship
why is that?? you are done with the ‘action’..only sleeping afterwards…basically both are unconcious…so why does it matter?? (part 3 of my original post)
good for you…not everyone can get over it so easily…hence the question >

ITS UNHEALTHY to sleep alone at night without the comfort of your life partner… It is not acceptable…

If you don’t have any emotional attachment beyond “the action” than ya have your own bedroom. Whatever floats your boat.

Re: Effects of Snoring on a relationship
Sleeping incompatibilities can increase with age but girls would prefer some cuddling at night so he can tuck you good. Personally, I wouldn’t like parting ways at night with my partner because it has to do with emotional bonding and being monogamous.
Re: Effects of Snoring on a relationship
Snoring in a relationship should be OK as long as it is from both sides and the sounds are in harmony with each other.

Snoring musically is allowed and can be soothing.
If one really thinks about it.
It is very cute to listen to someone snoring.
Babies, Kids or adults.
