i worked on individual basis that is why i get to the point where i get interview call ALONE (and not the everyone who worked besides me). so ur this point is UNDERSTOOD THING, so bring some better counterpoint.

well where i work (a hospital)… there are things i do individually and things i do with a team… that is enuf proof 4 me to tell u that this is what you need to put across… if u dont beleive me, come here and have a look for yourself!
