I can vouch for that too. Most employers wanna know whether you can be flexible and be a good team member as well as a strong individual. Because there maybe times when you’ll have to be left a task, and they wanna be sure u can manage on your own.

Personally, i work better alone and get things done faster that way.**

everyone like/prefers to work indiviually but ya know the real challenge is to work and work “WELL” with ur “sur-ial” group members.
