oi, i got a job that way... it works that way here... actually i was asked about how well i can work by myself! so obviously this is something that is sought after!
if ya tell an employer that ur'e only good at working as a team member and not so good by yourself... trust me; theyr'e gonna pick u up and through u out! (not literally... thought I'd explain it since u a "simple" minded girl :) )
I can vouch for that too. Most employers wanna know whether you can be flexible and be a good team member as well as a strong individual. Because there maybe times when you'll have to be left a task, and they wanna be sure u can manage on your own.
Personally, i work better alone and get things done faster that way.
