This requires a proper effort from the goverment. No induvidual organisation can achieve that at a national level. So the only thing that can pull out pakistan from this mess is a sensible government and an honest and uncurruted leader!

Nope, education is only one part, law enforcement is another. Look at the educated lot in our National or Provincial Assemblies how they work, how greedy, haram-khor, rishwat-khor they are.
