Humans always needs some surety in some form. You can go and buy something from a very well reputed store yet, you would want something in writing which gives you peace of mind that the product you got has the warranty.

Education may or may not add to the morals, tarbiyat or anything to a person but in our society its that warranty that we look for. Its the education which make us to say “Well he has a masters so he MIGHT BE well behaved”. That might be can never be judged until you spend time with that person or see him when he is at his own. But when it comes to a 45 minute interview for a job or a meeting for the rishta, these are things which “help” in making the decision.

At the end of the day, I have seen Ph.D holders voting for Nawaz Sharif so what do you expect

You are right, sir. I must admit that a change in ideology is also needed.
