why are we nt able 2 edit the topic title 
since mods are also not able 2 change it for us even after rqsting them. So can we pls have the power 2 edit our topic titles, thank-you!.

You can edit the title by clicking on title from the main page of the forum where the thread was started in as long as you try to do it within 4 minutes of the time you had opened the thread...
A mod of that forum should be able to do it regardless... send a PM to the mod.

Acha, but why only 4 mins?....I already pmed a mod 2 yesterday but it hasnt been changed till now.

because that's how it is set here... User may end up changing the title every hour otherwise :D .. it's just a control procedure....
may be mod did not come online since then.... what forum?
