Some people are overreacting on social media/cricinfo about this. This is just a shortened series. Pakistan played 4 tests in England in 2016 and hopefully our next full series will be in 2020 or 2021
England play 7 tests (usu. invite two teams. either 3+4 or 2+5) every Summer and all the major test teams get to play at least 4 to 5 tests every 4 to 5 years.
