Please post your experience with selling on ebay. What are the rules and requirements. How much of your profit does ebay take when you sell an item? I want to sell an item starting bid at 40 USD..do I pay ebay to post my add? Lets say I sell an item for 60 USD how much of it is ebays? Is there a better site to sell stuff? Amazon only lets you sell things they already have and you just have the same version of it..so I cannot sell my stuff there. Thanks!

^ oh please - you need to go to the ebay's rules and regulations page. It's very simple to get the info you are looking for. I am not sure why you want to waste others time on it. That's your research stuff.

I have had enough experience with ebay - buying and selling - but there is no way I can sit down to teach you stuff. I just don't have time. boo.

yes u pay ebay an insertion fee and also a selling fee if the item sells, the amount depends on the value of the item if the item doesnt sell u can try to resell it again without paying an extra insertion fee, but if the item does'nt sell second time around then u pay the insertion fee which is around 25p for items under £25

U can also choose the duration of the advertisement, 3 5 6 or 10 days
