From what i know one has guarntee for items more than $ 200. I have in vast majority of occasions got great stuff..
I’ve been using it for years. Never had a problem, and have bought/sold many items. It’s a good way to get rid of junk. There’s a buyer for everything out there. ![]()
I hate idiots who place bids merely to raise the price for others. The fools!

Because I've seen them do their "stuff" on several auctions. I also know people that jack up bids for no reason. They are the first ones to bid, and they bid an astronomical amount. Just ruins the "enjoyment" for the other bidders! And the stupid thing is they never follow through with the bids. They just bid once, and leave.
If its a secret tactic, please tell me more.

If they do that, did you know that there is something called 'report a non-paying bidder' and the seller gets all his fees back, the buyers account is suspended and the sellers final amount and listing fee deducted from the non paying buyers account? I have over 100 selling transactions, and just 1 time I ran into a non-paying bidder.
Whats the most weirdest thing you have sold on Ebay?.

That's true. Once I was bidding for a Camera from a South Korean Seller and I got couple of emails from buyers suggesting that seller was using a different ID to place bid just to raise the bids.

I saw a guy selling a ghost in a jar. It wasnt cheap.
i have seen a guy asking for money.. as he was poor and he placed a bid for 10,000 dollars he wanted someone to buy his auction and pay him :). now that is something.. and i do my most of business on ebay.. ebay is amazing.. u have no idea what kind of potentional ebay holds. you can just sit home and do alot of stuff with it.

I remember when eBay was new, people were auctioning off body organs, and drugs.
I’ve never tried Ebay. A lot of my friends use it though. Doesn’t it take too much time? Is it not too great of a hassle? Is it totally reliable?
