Look at devil123's teeth. This is what happens if you eat too much paan.
well...i don't think its as harmful as cigratees..So let's start with jailing smokers's first...
BTW i was keen on knowing its origin......
is it available just in india and pakistan or in other countries....
As far as I know, this abomination of Paan doesn't exist anywhere else.
There are varieties though. The traditional South Indian 'Tambulam' which you don't spit out and the 'Jarda' which involves quite some spitting.
I dont really care about its harmfullness, Its the spitting thing that bothers me, Today you go to any Office (esp govt ones)in India, and have a look at any corner, you will be know what I am talking about.
All those Paan Vendors and those Nawabzadas should be put into jails for life or should be given a JHADO in their hands to clean those corners.

This is not my Paradise
Its extremily pathetic that our Govt’s can’t ban these products especially to kids despite thier devastating harmful effects on human beings like cancer.
FYI karachi has the highest mouth cancer rate in pakistan:sad:
BTW Its the ingrediants in paan which costs your health.

the more damaging paans are the ones with strong tobacco and chaalia and all. that stuff i stay away from..

me too...that's the stuff i am talking about....paan with no tobacco
is the paan leaf harmful too...
When I was young I used to stash the pan in my cheek like a professional pan eater....they still tease me about being "panwari" sometimes.
Devil Eating Paan should be one's own decision but spitting in every corner is what disgusts me. btw PAAN LEAVE is not bad at all, rather good for your stomach.

During the pre-partition days the Bhopali Muslims used to smoke a lot of Beedis and eat Paan. Probably the ones left there still do.
Their slogan in those days was:
Kaan mein beedi, Mooh mein paan
Laker rahenge Pakistan…
