you get up at 6 am. ready and hv milk and then uni. back at 4pm, no time for any thng even for change and go for acadmy. come back at 8 pm. then dinner. 11 pm sleep again.
Wt would be the eating habits in such hectic schedule? uni main fries or coke or nothing?

Ok first off chica..you should be eating something in the morning. Get couple of whole wheat slice added with milk in the Morning. And secondly yo..you should do some groceries and get yourself some snacks, fruits and nuts with you when you go univ. And ya..by afternoon lets say between 1 to 2..have something to eat. For instance, make vege or chicken sindwich at home...but sure to eat meal eh. Not good eating habit for univ. student for what ya having. And STAY AWAY from fries and a pop. Will do harm to your body tremendously..

Fries, coke won't actually do you any good and nor would depriving yourself the whole day will. How about preparing yourself something home made before heading out to uni? Sandwiches, chicken/fish/meat burgers, oats porridge with a mix of ingredients. Basically, anything filling/healthy yet not full of unwanted carbs/fats.

eat atleast 5times a day in small portions....i remember when i was in univ...i used to eat fresh salads n sandwiches and i always have packets of nesvita pro-bones and/or milo(chocolate flavoured milk) with me in my bag as students dont get time for preparing special meals to take for lunch in univ....also keep some digestive biscuits with u and a mixture of dry fruits(almonds,raisins,cashew nuts,walnuts etc) flavoured yogurt is also a good option...and breakfast should be heavy....take cereal with milk a boiled egg and an apple....

Actually this is routine of my younger sis. Morning will i am nt hungry and dont like eat anything. in uni she eats fries or coke. I hv said her lots of time take some snack or fruit with urself. she always replies i am big nw , no a child .
very worried abut her eating habits . Thats y ask here to get some new ideas.
Try to give her heavy breakfast like brown bread +egg, or kabab and milk. yah cereals.
for lunch i say her to hv biscuits or dry fruits. thanx for good advice.

if shes not eating right make sure at least she take a multi vitamin tab daily.

yah she is takng. hd iron deficiency that cause dark circle. So doc hv given and she is takng. also thnkng to give her some kind drink like complan .

zaiena....try to give her natural vitamins minerals n iron....like fruits and vegetables and do give her complan....its good for her health n also she'll be having less health problems now n in oldage....
