**Tip #7: **Add hot pepper to food. It is amazing what something hot and spicy can do for the metabolism. Hot peppers not only increase metabolism, but also help the body burn off fat more efficiently. Organic hot salsa is best.

**Tip #8: **Eat a large organic salad at lunch and dinner. The key is organic, if possible. If salad dressing is used, it should be organic olive oil, organic vinegar, and fresh organic lemon juice.

the two best tips: work out at least 3-4 times a week, and eat healthy. thats it. tough as hell, but it totally works.

i can try and follow all these suggestions..but i can not imagine to eat Coconut oil..i can put sum in my haiR?

like Zainab i too say that using coconut oil is very difficult,anyway if u control ur diet portion and do excersie atleast 3 days in a week,avoid oily food, suger will help to lose weight.
