Easy to use mobile phone for the elderly?

Can anyone recommend a good mobile phone with basic functions and big keypads (coz of big thumbs) for the elderly.

Whats your price range?

sony ericsson w508 has big keys, its a walkman phone though so not sure how easy it would be to use for an elderly person.
theres also samsung j600 and lg kf300.

it might just be best to go down to your local phone shop, like if you live in the UK, Orange have quite a few cheap and user friendly phones with decent sized keypads. good luck :)

i would vouch for samsung J600 and samsung D500+600 all three are awesome phones with slightly larger keys and slightly bigger fonts on screen .. d600 i actually was with happy..
