Aloo , qeema , namak , mirchain , zeera , a little oil ,some chopped onions and chopped tomatoes , garlic ginger paste .
bhoonofy garlic ginger paste, qeema zeera namak , mirch , onion and tomatoe in oil , once it starts to smell good to your sense of taste add aloo and enough water which will make your aloo tender enough to your liking. Once they are tender to your liking you are done. If you like you can wait till the water is evaporated to the point you like it to your taste.

but here’s an easy recipe for ya :
Add half cup water in a pot and boil keema along with sliced onions ( one large onion is enough). after 20 minutes you will notice the water drying out of the keema .. all the water must evaporate … if its still there then cook it for a few minutes on hight flame and keep stirring it …
then , add 3-4 tablespoons oil in the keema, medium flame, start bhuno the keema … two minutes later, add in ginger and garlic paste one tsp each … continue bhuno for 3-4 minutes … then add the two spices .. salt and red chilli powder .. a tsp each …
After bhuno for 20 minutes , add in half cup tomato paste ( fresh tomatoes blended into a fine paste … or if you dont have the blender then chop t-3 tomatoes finely and add them to the keema ) .. at the same time add in one large cubed and peeled potato .. cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minues or until the potatoes get done ..

ALOO QEEMA
In a pan add oil abt 2tbsp , add ginger garlic paste 1tbsp , add 200 grams Keema , and some water ...abt 1/2 cup .... cook it for a while & add potatoes , add salt , green chillies stir it well ...add some water & add a pinch of crushed red chilli pwd , cover it and let it cook on low flame
after some time remove the cover , again Stir it well ... & cover it ...do this 4 or 5 times ,
when aloo and Keema get done add 2 sliced onion of medium size & hara dhaina , stir it & let it cook for more 5 to 10 mins ....
then take it out in a serving platter .... & serve

Try green masala qeema. Its low on spices and tastes great. Best cooked in wok or TAWA.
