I marinated loads of chicken and beef yesterday, divided into portions and threw into the freezer.

-chicken steaks
-beef fillet steaks
-cubed pepper beef (from fauzias kitchen fun)
-malaii boti
-Chicken fingers
-tikka/steam roast
-sajji

My aim is to just do the roti and fruit chaat fresh daily ofcourse apart from thawing a tray of above and throwing into the oven/grill pan.

I’ve not had samosay pakoray or spring rolls in past 3 ramadan so no idea about baking those

Do you have a recipe for sajji?? I had it in Pakistan and loved it … no idea how to make it though
