The absolute quickest dessert ever…
Take a tub of whip cream, add walnuts, your choice of fruit (I use pineapples, strawberries and blueberries) and mix
Take some pound cake, slice it up and place slices into individual plates
Top them off with a dollop of the whip cream mixture…garnish if you wish or not
OR
Take a pyrex dish and lay out the pound cake on the bottom of the dish
Cover with a generous layer of the whip cream mixture
Cut and serve or self serve
I do this when I have zero time to plan a dessert - literally made this recipe up but its always yummy and completely tweakable!
