What a coincidence bacha, I have recently been asking the same question so I am going to comment here in case by some rare chance, some one may have a valid answer.

If you have a great personality then new home sales is a great profession I know people who make 400k plus consistently. Hours are not bad if you get on with a good builder. I just got my wife started lets pray she is very successful, she was a financial consultant before. You can start as an assistant and make your way up in a couple of years.

Also a couple of mortgage consultants I know, they are desis and make 200 kish without really being professionals. Real estate related stuff seems to have good money. This pakistani girl I am trying to help in the mortgage business but she is not very motivated and constantly worries about rishtas and her mother is a continuous distraction and keeps calling her for attention seeking.

Thank you @Bobby1 I think you are onto something with the mortgage business. From what I little I know of the field, it doesn't seem too hard.

The only downside I can think of is that you are required to fill a certain quota every month and nobody enjoys that. :hehe:
