Youtube Hmmna. I don’t have anyone fave youtube’er but you can find a lot of great ideas just by searching “Cake decorating” .. You can specify it with buttercream, fresh cream, fondant etc.

Ganache is better. Fondant eww. Hmmna you want that piping sort of deco or applying the frosting simply with spatula, which is pretty basic but if done neatly gives the cake improved look
