what amount of every day waking hours should a helathy adult spend working for earning a livelihood and what amount of time is normally spent with one’s family?
(family includes parents, siblings, grand parents, children and spouse. )

8 hrs/ 5 days/ thats all
1 month off / year
rest of the time with family
depends what kind family ones got
i have seen families where ppl dont wana see each other
in my family, gatherings happen every next day

Dushwari u really start to appreciate the time u spend with ur family when u no longer live with them (I'm at uni) and that is wen u really wanna go see them and u aprreciate them more for it.

FAmily time is a must…stay connected wid ur family…understand eachotehr and itll always keep u close..
If ur livin far away frm ur fam…they miss u more.
