any advice on do s n donts during early pregnancy
esp if there is a history of pcos, ??

First of all, congrats on getting pregnant while having pcos! That's quite an accomplishment (I have PCOS as well, though not trying to get pregnant, hah).

I can't give much advice, other than that there should be little complication in the pregnancy derived from PCOS. Just watch your blood sugar levels as it might be easier to develop diabetes while you're pregnant (due to the pcos).

^ Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a fairly common problem in women that can include hormonal irregularities, menstrual irregularities, and trouble conceiving.
