i used to get ear aches all the time when i was a kid, but they used to give me drops - I think we used to get them by doctor's perscription though.

If its after a cold and you have fever, that means its infection. You may need antibiotics.
I think you should go for a few drops of kalongi oil. It should work.

Looks like an infection.
Take antibiotics and get your ears cleaned. Sometimes alot of dust/dirt/soap/cotton particles accumulate in the ears and causes pain.

Dhoop fever gone now and npope no discharge..just alot of pain.
And yes am on anti biotics and drops now..hopefully they will work. Pain has gone low now just get sudden pinching feeling sometimes and yea the noise agaisnt the ear drum as if something moving inside whenever I move my head.

I dunno if it really works or not but I heard that chewing kali mirchi relieves ear ache... try it and if something else happens ..ummmm...just a side effect, you know! :D
ok next time will do that and more so will put some in my nose too so that i can sneeze out everything inside thats bugging me
