[RIGHT]آج روز ماتم ہے۔ پاکستان کی قسمت کا ماتم۔ پاکستان آج یتیم ہوگیا۔ بھوکوں کو کھلانے والا، لاورث لاشوں کو دفنانے والا، حرام و حلال کی پرواہ کئے بغیر انسان کی اولاد کو کچرے سے اُٹھا کر گناہ سمجھنے کی بجائے انسان سمجھنے والا، دو کپڑوں میں بھی رئیس لگنے والا، لمبی داڈھی کے باوجود لمبی داڑھی والے شیطانوں اور کمینوں سے بہت دور خدائے الفت و محبت نظر آنے والا، انسانیت کے لئے گداگری کرکے بھی بڑے بڑے شہنشاہوں سے بڑا بادشاہ، مذہب و ملت کی قید سے بُلند پاکستان کی ذلیل و خبیث گہرائیوں سے بلند ہوکر تمام عالم انسانیت میں منفرد سیارہ بن جانے والا، ن کو شرما دینے والا آج اس دنیا سے رخصت ہوگیا۔ پاکستان آج اُجڑ گیا۔

کچھ ایوارڈ ایسے ہوتے ہیں جن کو پانے کے بعد وصول کنندگان کا قد بڑھتا ہے، اور کچھ انسان ہوتے ہیں کہ انہیں اگر کوئی ایوراڈ ملے تو وصول کرتے وقت اس ایوارڈ کا قد بڑھ جاتا ہے، عبدالستار ایدھی ایک ایسے ہی انسان تھے۔
عبدالستار ایدھی اس سال کے علاوہ پہلے بھی کئی بار امن نوبل انعام کیلئے نامزد ہوئے، لیکن نہیں ملا کیونکہ کوئی ایسی فرم یا ادارہ نہیں تھا جن ان کو مارکیٹ کرتا۔ ان کی ظاہر بھی اتنا cool نہ تھا۔ آج وہ ہم میں نہیں رہے۔ میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ نوبل امن انعام والوں کا اتنا بڑا نقصان ہوا ہے جس کا وہ اندازہ نہیں کر سکتے کہ عبدالستار نے ان کے انعام کو وصول کر کے جو اعزاز دینا تھا، اب کبھی ایسا نہیں ہو گا۔
ویسے کیا انسان تھا کہ زندگی بھر تو لوگوں کی خدمت کی ہی تھی، مرتے وقت بھی اپنے جسم کو donate کر دیا کہ میرے جسم میں سے اعضا نکال کر ضرورت مندوں کو لگا دیئے جائیں

The angel who gave coffin to hundreds of thousands advised to bury him in wearing clothes .
He donated his eyes
He rejected all offers for treatment abroad and insisted for a treatment available to an ordinary Pakistani .

The Greatest Human of our era has left us, for a much better place. May Allah swt forgive any of his short comings and bless him with high place in jannat-ul-firdous. I can't even imagine how many lives will be directly affected by this transition. May Allah swt continue the work he was doing through people he left behind, may Allah swt bless them with same honesty and sincerity

Before him , Many unwanted children were killed by throwing them in garbage , gutters and nallas .
He fixed many ‘Jhoolay’ out side all Eadhi Centres and requested people through news papers to not to throw their new born unwanted children any where but leave them in these ‘jhoolas’ , No one will ask any question from any body doing so . Till today more than 12000 children were found in these ‘jhoolas’ and were cared by Eadhi Foundation . Thousands other “La-Waris” children were also cared by Eadhi .

Probably the only thing most of us could ever agree on was the goodness of this person's heart and deeds.
It's fitting he didn't get the accolades he so well deserved. It would be an insult to his humble character to win any "prize" that lesser people are so oft bestowed.

Today, Pakistan lost an unique person, an angel who loved humanity. Two things comes to my mind when remembering him.
1: Once someone asked Edhi why his ambulance is ready to serve non-Muslim as much as Muslim, and his reply was that, because his ambulance is a good Muslim.
2: There is an story that a Vali-Allah (friend of Allah) in dream saw Angel making a list. When asked, Angel told him that list is of the people who 'love Allah'. Man asked if his name is in the list or not, and Angel told him that his name is not there. Man told the angel that if list is about people who love creation of Allah, than his name would surely going to be there.
Next day, Vali-Allah again in dream saw Angel making a list. Again he asked about what list is this time. Angel told him that list is about people whom 'Allah loves'. He asked if his name is in the list or not. Angel replied that his name is on top.
I think, in recent time, if there is any person who loved creation of Allah the most, more than his own life and well being, than it must be Edhi ... and if above story has any truth in it, than no doubt, his name would be there amongst those whom Allah loves.
