Each kid a seperate bedroom?

Saadia, I think this individuality bit is all crap in this sense. Sharing room with your siblings is a fun thing up to a point/stage and you shouldn’t deprive your children of it. It also helps to build bonds with your siblings. May be that’s why in the west a person doesn’t know his next door neighbor because of this individuality and space crap :hoonh:

I think there comes a point when you as a parent and your kids naturally feel the need to have separate bedrooms. But I’d say no worries till 12-13 years of age. Actually you can put same gender siblings in same room for longer :k:

Re: Each kid a seperate bedroom?

Thank you Roman, now I am convienced for sharing rooms.

If we buy in 1-2 years we might as well get two rooms and adopt one into study/guest room and when/if the need is there if not its good to have a extra guest / study room . Thanks

Re: Each kid a seperate bedroom?

Saadia, go for it :k:

Some of the memorable times of my life are my wrestling and fighting with my older brother in the bed growing up. We used to not only share rooms but even bed up to a certain age and it was such a fun thing to fight it out at night like a ritual.
