DVD Burning

ok so ibought a dvd writer and installed nero7.
and ihad a Friends dvd(4.7 gb), which had 24 episodes each 21 minutes long all in one dvd with about average audio video quality.
iwanted to write some dvds in similar fashion…
and ithink nero isn’t the best software to do this or idont know how to use it properly …

I think the main thing is to compress the video files and nero does’t do that.

so what should i use <?

Re: DVD Burning

There are different ways of burning, it's not simply drag and drop. Nero is probably one of the best, I personally use Magic ISO but you can use the guide to make sure you select the correct settings. Don't chose data but chose copy dvd and you'll be able to duplicate it without any problems. Also make sure you keep the speed to a minimum low because it keeps it from screwing up. I usually burn at 8x even though I have the option for 40 something x.

Re: DVD Burning

did imention that im not trying to copy the firends dvd.
ihave 24 avi files each 44 minutes long and take about 3.2 gb on disk but when i drop them on nero the size multiplies like 5times...

Re: DVD Burning

Ohh! That’s easy bro I’ve done it long time ago when I was young, now I really don’t have time for that but http://www.allformp3.com/dvd-copy-software/divx-xvid-to-dvd.htm will take care of it for you
