now someone needs to analyze the style of arabic and determine if it maintains any lingual consistency with the rest of the corpse of narrations we already possess claiming to the Prophet's own words.

I forgot to say please keep the thread clean and no off topics, if you have problem don't click...

what do u mean "if you have a problem don't click"..???

I have a problem with you spreading unsubstantiated stuff in the name of the Prophet.. it's everybody's business when you post it here.. want to keep it private?? hang it in on a wall in your home.

Go to admin and whin there...thanks for comming!

what the hell is wrong with all of you munkarin-e-hadiath. You never heard of Darood-e-Tenjaina ? It is one of the most authentic daroods.

? JazakAllah for sharing. Pleaes keep up the good work.

Its a shame to see the same exact group of people keep coming and coming on the threads over and over again, where they see that someone has praised the prophet saw.

Dude, whats wrong man, I was just simply asking. No need for name calling. So much for that.

Salman NY, I just have a question, no ill intentions, just for the sake of clarification. You said that its an authentic darood. But the link above says some thing else. I think you can read urdu. So would you please clarify that?

As far as my Arabic can go “Tun-jina” means “rescue us” so whom we are talking to? And what does this mean:

Salatan tunjina biha And which Salat is it referring to?

Sorry, dude didnt mean to be so harsh. Really very sorry.

MiniME, I am been reading this darood since i was born. I admit that i never questioned its authentcity because it was like a universal truth to me. Not only that, when i went for omrah, this darood was read by the imam of a local mosque there. So, finding out the authencity of it, I will try find it out. Thanx for raising a very good point

Assalam Aleekum
I use to read it too a few years ago. But I think this is not Hadith.
So I stopped reading it. And I had a different version than the
one that is posted here.

Thanks Jigar…I will keep on posting regarless of some who are here for a reason or some cause which all muslim must know…
:flower1:

Rehman1, good foe you that you read …np matter this or that, there are several type of durrod and salam…and its upto you which one you read, of course not every one can read all…so no worries brother :flower1: and btw, its not Hadees it Darood…:s
I like this I read …so somple

This one doesn’t seem authentic. And not proven by Hadith.
And the one that you posted is not even complete.
Atleast, post the unauthentic “Duroods” which are complete.

aap aik new thread khol kar ‘authentic’ by scholars kar deejiyay …and also make sure that is complete …shukriaa :flower1:
bari nawazish hogi aap ki
meray paas itna hi tha, but I am waiting for whole what you have with a certificate of authenicity!

It’s written in Manahej al-Muhsinat, Shrah dalil al-khirat that Ibn-Fakahi has mentioned in his book Fajar Munir, that a Shaikh Saleh Musa (who was blind) told him his story. That once he was on a drowning boat, and he felt unconscious. While he was in this state, the holy prophet (pbuh) appeared to him in his dream and taught him this Darood, and told him that the people on boat should read this a thousand time. There after, 300 survived out of this drowning boat and reached land. That dorood which saved us is this.

So much for the source, but I just have a question,

Salatan tunjina biha which Salat is it referring to?

Please, dont be be offended, but I need to know, if its the same prayer that we offer every day five time or somehting else.

JazakAllah Ata bhai!! Thanks alot for sharing.. :)

Can somebody quote its authenticity? Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim,…which book, narrated by who? Did the Prophet :saw: himself say this darood? If not, than why do we need to say it since the religion is complete!
