Today our stay order is dismissed and we will try to get a stay order in Session court.
If the lower court has dismissed the stay order regarding plot and one goes to session court to get stay order.
Does someone knows how long it takes to solve the case in session court? I know some can’t give a exact answer but a average?
What does this mean if the other party stay order is in place and our is broken? The case is pending in court so what can they do now kiya woh plot apne naam pe karwa sakte hain even if the case is pending?
We did hope ke hum jeet jaate kiyu ke hamara case strong tha lekin hamara advocate kehta hain ke judge is new aur woh kehta hain ke shahadat par case ka faisla ho ga? Is this possible? I did speak to my advocate but thought ke idher advice le lu kiyu ke us ne hummein assure kiya tha ke hum case jeet jae ghe and it is a good advocate with much experience. Maybe there are people with experience who can give me an answer.
