Disagree. The dupatta is a cultural piece, yes. But the Quran states that believing women should “draw their head-coverings over their bosoms” - meaning wear a head covering that covers the chest. Whether that’s a dupatta or a niqaab or whatever, it’s up the individual.
Regarding the dupatta, I wouldn’t wear a suit without it - again for my own cultural as well as religious views.
