How much more time - I think India has lost 8 consecutive test matches and countless ODIs under the honorable Fletchers stewardship.

Mohsin Hasan Khan is free these days. Take him back to India, so he can try his luck coaching India this time. He has experience of coaching Pakistan on his CV.
