when you put a monthly limit to the phones for security reasons, that if you loose it you dun endup paying too much for any unauthorised calls, and when you reach your limit it blocks outgoing calls..

it sucks when can’t even dial an 0800 number..

Why don’t you work for a good company it will pay your cell phone bill.
