I don’t…cuz I don’t work on Saturday and Sunday, suckaaaa 
My job is on Monday - Friday (8-5). No overtime, no emergencies, or anything. If my co-worker is out, it doesn’t affect my work. He is responsible for his work and I am responsible for my work.
