In an ideal situation,how can this problem be remedied?
All perishable food, including milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables, etc. can be dried up for long term storage. Once processed, it could be consumed locally at a different time or sold internationally. The reason it is not being done is because no one saw such a disruption coming.
Is it not possible to dry them now because the factories can’t accommodate the sudden huge amount to be dried ?
other social organizations need to step up. A strong infrastructure is needed. It can be stored and supplied in other destinations. But its pandemic so very less help available
