He read so much about it, trained him self, and started “dieting”.
After few months he lost much 15-20 lbs. One day we were having dinner and he ate more them I what I ate.
Then he realized that he is been eating just as much. Only thing he gave up was sugar.
1-He used to drink 2 can of coke every day.
2- 2 to 3 cups of tea with 2 spoon sugar.
3-some other pops once in a while.
SO those where the only 3 three things he gave up on.
So he cut out extra sugar basically. Yup, that would make some difference. Maybe also what happened is some people get a crash after having so much sugar that they become inactive and lethargic so he may not be burning so many calories.
i hate men....they alwyas manage to lose weight without even trying, while us women, eat only grapefruit and celery sticks and still the bulge wont budge...
I started working out 3 months ago... 45 minutes cardio 4 - 5 days a week.. no results :( I know I need to change my eating habits.. I hane Zero control on that :( :(
I have started working out about 2 months ago-5 days a week and lost about 5lbs to date. And yes, i do watch my diet too.(as much as i easily can) It's much slower than i would like but i m not giving up and i keep telling myself, It's better then sitting on my behind and getting bigger.
I hate it that men lose weight so much faster :( . Recently at work, we had our sodas taken away due to budget cuts and whatnot, and this guy in the breakroomwas saying how he is losing weight just by not drinking soda at work! It is so pathetic, doesn't work on me. I probably had one soda every six months at work :(
