so who do you think will win the stanley cup..I think it may go all the way to game seven, but the Devils have too much depth and experience..and will win eventually. Great series thus far..
Man I am a huge hockey fan.
But you know what bro, this series really is'nt doing it for me. there is so much negative publicity right now around the Cup due to the defensive nature of the teams playing. All you see are Neutral Zone Traps everywhere.
But if it matters, I think the Devils will take it. They have the experience and I would never bet against Brodeur in the long term. But then again, Kariya could catch fire easily and win the series for Anaheim.
But my next big hockey event is the draft.
Anahiem all da way! ![]()

DUCKS lost to DEVILS in Game 5.
Score 6-3.
DEVILS lead the series 3-2. Must win situation for DUCKS in Game 6 on Saturday.
Yeah elahi, I know what you mean, and Jersey is notorious for such style. But, they really opened it up in game five..it will be be hard earned cup for any team, since both are playing great, and i admire the Ducks, the way they knocked off top teams such as dallas and detroit earlier in the playoffs..it's been a great playoff run and somewhat heart-breaking after Vancouver's lost to the Wilds. But, the Wilds did deserve to win since they were more up to the task and did play tremendously well, especially their speed of the game was fun to watch..I have always liked Jersey for players such as Brodeur, Stevens, Stevenson and langenbrunner, and really wanted to see Jersey-vancouver final. Devils' big guns came through, when they really needed them to be in game 5, so let's see what happens tomorrow, if Jersey will able to put the Ducks away and win the cup..
All fairytales must come to and end.
The Devils are taking Stanley home.
Yeah Yeah DEVILS are taking the Stanely Cup but before that, they gotta win Game 7.

Anaheim Mighty Ducks’ Steve Rucchin (R) is congratulated by teammates Sandis Ozolinsh (L) and Paul Kariya (C)
Wonderful Game and what a classic performance by the MIGHTY DUCKS as they crushed DEVILS in Game 6. Score 5-2. Dil Khush Kar Diya. I don’t follow NHL but since the MIGHTY DUCKS put a wonderful performance throughout the playoffs, eliminating stronger opponents, Dallas and Detriot, everyone in the California seems to be talkin’ about them. I’m proud of what they have acheieved so far; and hopefully they’ll do their best in Game 7.

Anaheim Mighty Ducks’ Paul Kariya yells out after scoring past New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur.

Paul Kariya (9) is congratulated by teammates Adam Oates, and Kurt Sauer as New Jersey Devils’ Tommy Albelin skates by.
Paul Kariya got hurt and came back with a goal. :k: I thought that was the highlight of the Game. DUCKS coach came to him, put his hands around his shoulder, whispered few good words. WOW, this kind of appreciation some players get. ![]()
Nothing much could be said about Game 7. It could go either way. MIGHTY DUCKS and DEVILS have won home-advantage game in this series so far; and as Game 7 will be played in New Jersey, no doubt, DEVILS are in good shape. But if you look at the history, the DEVILS lost the last Stanley Cup final Game 7 in 2001 after holding a 3-2 series lead at home.
Go Anaheim MIGHTY DUCKS!!!
Get up, get up put the body in motion
Get up, get up put the body in motion
Get up, get up put the body in motion
Get up, get up {Higher Baby}
Man Man do it, MIGHTY DUCKS just started the commotion

Go Duckssssss!
But its gonna be really hard for them to win game 7 in New Jersy but hopefully they will do it! ![]()
well, it was a disappointment! I think the momentum totally shifted when the puck got deflected by Scott Stevens into his own net, and then the Devils were never able to recover. But, they had good chances in the first period..but the Ducks kept at it..and I turned my TV off after 12 minutes into the game, it had just gotten too damn ridiculous to watch..It would be fun to watch how brodeur recovers after getting totally spanked.. Go Jersey!!
If there is any team I hate the most in the NHL, it has to be the DEVILS!!
One of the most admired players ever to play hockey must be Paul Kariya. He is one of the most gentleman conducted players, winning tons of Lady Bing Trophies, and still a high profilic goal scorer captaining the team.
This series has not gone the way people predicted. ![]()
Also I was really glad to see Steven’s put it in his own net. The way he took out Kariya in Game 7 made me sick. Good to see Kariya get one in against NJ with two assists. ![]()
I don't watch alot of NHL, but I happend to see this game.
Man the hit by Scott Stevens to that small dude was devasting, the guy passed out for couple seconds.
